Customers are liable for any loss in value of items not returned in original condition and packaging. Unless damaged or defective we cannot exchange custom or personalized orders and sale items. Customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs. Please note we use recycled packaging for exchanges as part of our commitment to the environment.

Compact double boxes are used for secure packing during international shipping. Please mind the tight gaps between the boxes, we would recommend to cut the top and bottom tapes and push the inner box to the opposite side. Please avoid holding upside down and shaking. If any parts are slightly bent while shipping, please refer to the sample images and reshape.
